La Fromagerie St-Guillaume's interpretation center is a unique project. Tourists and visitors to the region will discover in detail how cheese is made, and learn all about the history of Agrilait. Enter the world of cheese, in photos, videos and in real time, thanks to a large high-resolution screen showing live production and cameras immersed in the plant. Guided tours on request by the Interpretation Center team will show you all the know-how of the cheese makers. In addition to being highly educational, the tour is also interactive. The aim of the Cheese Factory Interpretation Center is to educate and raise awareness of the world of cheese, while providing visitors with an enriching experience.
