L'Agneau Maraîcher

In Melbourne, L’Agneau Maraîcher passionately combines livestock farming with vegetable cultivation. More than 50 varieties of vegetables grow alongside six species of animals, and their produce is available at the self-service stand. In the spring, the farm also carries on the maple syrup tradition by tapping 500 maple trees, which are processed on-site into syrup, maple taffy, and maple sugar.
