FIS Candy Cane Cup

FIS Candy Cane Cup
The FIS Candy Cane Cup is a provincial, national and international cross-country ski race that takes place at the Nakkertok Nordic Ski Center each year on the penultimate weekend before Christmas. The Christmas theme is reinforced during the event. The event is aimed at athletes from Eastern Canada from development, junior and elite clubs, but mainly from Quebec and Ontario. The categories are M14 to senior. The event attracts more than 500 skiers, more than 50 coaches and the families of these athletes every year. The races are also used to obtain points in the rankings of the Quebec and Ontario Cups. Races are sanctioned by Nordiq Canada and the International Ski Federation.
