Onwards, to the tidal flats!
The tidal flats–the long-stretching and flat part of the shore that the ebbing tide leaves open to exploration–overflow with hidden treasures just waiting to be discovered. At low tide, with a guide to accompany you, head over to the tidal flats to search for the small living wonders, animal and vegetable, that populate these vast sandy stretches. Do you know why the area’s sandy beaches are red and black? Here's the perfect chance to learn the reason behind these unusual colours! Don’t forget to bring rain boots and warm clothes, because the beach is very windy!

Sleep like a bird in a giant birdhouse
Extend your stay by spending a few nights in the park under the stars and near the sound of the waves in this natural place where tranquillity reigns. For an out-of-the-ordinary experience, opt to sleep in a giant birdhouse! Five ready-to-camp units resembling birdhouses have been prepared with amenities designed with comfort and creativity in mind. Each is inspired by a different bird species that makes its home in the park: the osprey, with its fishing habits and bird of prey's way of life; the blue rock thrush, offering a warm and intimate setting; and the sand martin, its interior mimicking the sandy cliff faces where the martin nests.
