When summer rolls around, it’s time to unwind, get active and make the most of the great outdoors. Whether it’s for a family outing, a getaway with friends or simply to try something new, Arbraska and uplå offer immersive adventures in the heart of nature throughout Quebec.
Arbraska
This year, several new features have been added to the experience, with redesigned courses, new challenges and even more ways to have fun in the heart of the forest.
A major 25th anniversary for Arbraska Rawdon
Following extensive reconstruction after a storm in fall 2025, the very first Arbraska park is opening a new chapter in its history.
To celebrate its 25th anniversary, Arbraska Rawdon welcomes visitors with completely redesigned children’s courses, new challenges for adventurers of all skill levels, and a brand-new zipline course that lets you explore the forest from a whole new perspective.
All eyes are also on the two new three-story adventure towers, connected by a suspension bridge, which promise a spectacular experience high among the trees.
Less than an hour from Montreal, it’s the perfect place to reconnect with nature this summer.
Enjoy even more fun at uplå in Mont-Saint-Grégoire
In the Montérégie region, uplå Mont-Saint-Grégoire has gotten a makeover with an even more impressive version of its suspended net adventure course.
Deep in the forest, visitors can jump, climb, slide and explore a vast network of suspended nets designed for all ages. New features include a lounge perched in the canopy, new play modules and an expanded area for younger kids.
When the sun goes down, the experience is completely transformed thanks to illuminated installations that create a unique atmosphere beneath the trees.
Adventure is never far away
With five Arbraska parks located throughout Quebec—Rawdon, Rigaud, Mont-Saint-Grégoire, Chauveau and Laflèche—there’s always an adventure to discover close by.
From aerial courses to ziplines, not to mention exploring a guided tour of the largest cave in the Canadian Shield at Arbraska Laflèche and the giant uplå nets, each destination offers its own unique way to reconnect with nature.
This summer, you don’t have to go far to experience something exceptional. Just pick a park, look up at the treetops and let the adventure carry you away. 🌲✨
