Sentier des cimes Laurentides, located less than 90 minutes from Montreal, is a unique and brand new attraction that will provide the whole family with an unparalleled and memorable experience! The trail on wooden footbridges is built up high, level with the treetops, and winds through a magnificent forest, leading to a 40-metre-high tower offering spectacular views of the surrounding landscape.

Climb up to see winter from a new angle!

Walking up to the top of the tower at Sentier des cimes is the perfect family activity for admiring winter in all its splendour. At the top, marvel at the sunset, take a few deep breaths to enjoy the moment, then come back down and enjoy a hot chocolate or mulled wine by the outdoor fireplace. The experience is simply unique. The trail and tower are accessible to all age groups and were designed to accommodate strollers and wheelchairs.

Activities during the full moon

The Sentier des cimes site, located in the heart of nature and away from major urban centres, is an ideal place to observe celestial events. Watching the full moon rise from the top of the tower, with its breathtaking views of the snow-covered Laurentian forest, is a memorable experience. On February 24 and March 23, in honour of the full moon, a special menu offering a choice of tartiflette or poutine will be featured, to top off the experience with a warm and comforting meal.

Hiking and fondue or Sweet treats?

It's a well-known fact that fresh air builds up an appetite! The Sentier des cimes team understands this, and in addition to the evening events mentioned above, this year's new special events include Hike & Delight Saturdays and Sweet Sundays! After your hike, sit back, rosy-cheeked and still dazzled by the splendour of the site, and enjoy, every Saturday until March 16, a delicious cheese fondue and a glass of mulled wine, or, every Sunday until March 17, a fresh pretzel or churro, or another delicious sweet treat.
