Bières vins & terroir Festival in Sainte-Anne-de-Sorel
Beers, wines, spirits, culinary delights, entertainment and musical performances await you at the Bières vins & terroir festival (website available in French only) in Montérégie. From June 28 to 30, beer lovers, wine connoisseurs and foodies can attend a very special gourmet event at the Sainte-Anne-de-Sorel municipal park. But that’s not all! There will even be activities for the whole family. You won’t want to miss the 5th edition of the Bières vins & terroir festival!
A delectable happy hour
Kick off your weekend with the festival’s happy hour on Friday, June 28. Get your fill of live music, great food and exclusive beers, wines and spirits during a lively evening. The culinary delights will all be prepared using fresh, local products. With your ticket, you’ll also receive the official festival glass and wristband, which are required to sample the exhibitors’ products during the three days of the festival.
A race between drinks and snacks
While you’re digesting all the delicious samples, why not join the Les Îles à la planche event? The festival’s all-new activity invites you to hop on your paddleboard and race through the magnificent Sorel islands. Choose between distances of 2.5, 5 or 10 km, based on your experience, preference and skills.
Health professionals, snacks and more will be available at the rest area for athletes taking part in this unique race. Want to participate but don’t own a paddleboard? No worries! Useful information
- Admission to the site is free, but parking is $5. To sample the exhibitors’ products, you’ll need to purchase the festival’s official glass, which costs $25 on presale until June 16 or $32 at the door. Samples typically cost between $2 and $5 each. Please bring cash (Desjardins ATMs will be available onsite).
- Children are also welcome during the festival! There will be bouncy castles and live entertainment onsite.
