Domaine des Salamandres

Domaine des Salamandres was born from a series of discoveries made during family outings: the rolling hills of Hemmingford, the heritage home, and then the iconic Covey Hill. This natural area boasts exceptional biodiversity, where woodlands, orchards, and vineyards coexist. It is home to the greatest variety of salamander species in Quebec, including the dusky mountain salamander. Domaine des Salamandres, producing wines and perries, offers visitors a unique setting to discover distinctive products. The winemaking methods remain in harmony with the land and its unique biodiversity.
