Érablière au Sous-Bois

L'Érablière au Sous-Bois is known for its delicious homestyle food and its buffet featuring 12 desserts. The maple sap is still collected the old-fashioned way using buckets. They also make maple syrup, taffy and butter on-site in La Sucrerie. In addition to the regular activities, there's also music, dancing and themed evenings during the sugaring-off season. Many activities are available on site, including an outdoor fireplace, horseback rides on snow-covered trails, a children's park and a mini-farm with animals.
