For seven generations, the Dubois family has been vibrating to the rhythm of the Appalachians. Their artisanal cheese dairy is recognizable by the dynamism with the energy of the whole team which has a different vitality. At home, each inspired by the other, and their rank 9 is synonymous with young ideas and the development of new cheese ways of making. Concerned about an eco-responsible carbon footprint, they have created a system that respects the world in the use of whole milk from local farms and in the Aliments du Québec certification.
