Parc Aventures Cap Jaseux offers a wide range of outdoor activities for the whole family! There are: a variety of aerial hebertism courses (Regular course, Extreme course, Jeunes Explos and Bambino course, zipline circuit) a via ferrata trail overlooking the Saguenay Fjord, ten kilometres of hiking trails, a beach, yoga classes, massage therapy, wild mushroom picking, sea-kayaking as well as cruises on the maritime shuttle.
