UNION LIBRE cidre & vin

Located on the hills of Dunham, UNION LIBRE was born in the summer of 2010. This vineyard and cider house cultivates more than 4,000 apple trees. The apples are used in the transformation of cider and UNION LIBRE is the leading producer of fire cider. The grape varieties found at the estate are Seyval Blanc, Seyval Noir, Vidal, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer and most recently Chenin Blanc. A little secret: you can walk between UNION LIBRE, Vignoble Gagliano and Vignoble de l'Orpailleur in less than 5 minutes.
