Canada Man/Woman
Canada Man/Woman
Testing not only physical strength, but also determination and courage, the Canada Man/Woman is a unique long-distance triathlon held in the heart of an exceptional scenery: Quebec’s Lac-Mégantic region in early fall. The breathtaking race includes a 3.8 km swim, 180 km bike ride and a 42 km marathon, finishing at the summit of Mont Mégantic. More than anyone else, past participants are the best suited to describe this extraordinary event. “The race was brutal, it was beautiful, relentless and as hard physically as anything I’ve ever done. It is difficult to describe the unique beauty of the landscapes, the endless roads and the huge lakes surrounded by steep and wooded hills,” says Caroline Livesey, winner of the 2019 Canada ManWoman race. So it’s no surprise that Triathlon Magazine Canada named it the “#1 race to do in Canada”!
