Canneberge en fête

In autumn, during Canneberge en fête, the Cranberry Interpretation Centre (CIC) rolls out its carpet of red berries. Located in the province’s cranberry capital, Saint-Louis-de-Blandford, this interpretation center aims to inform visitors about everything there is to know about this small kind of fruit, from creating a cranberry bog to its harvesting. It is open seasonally, from the end of September to the end of October every year. This period coincides with harvest time. Not only will you learn about the cranberry culture, you will also discover and taste different products derived from this fruit. The centre is open to all.
