If you love fine food and drink, get ready to discover a vast selection of Quebec products at the third edition of the Festival Bouffe, Bière & Boisson in Saint-Hyacinthe, happening from May 16 to 18, 2025!

An exceptional showcase for local products

The Bouffe, Bière & Boisson Festival showcases the talents of local producers and artisans, with over 40 exhibitors expected this year. If you like craft beers, you'll be delighted by the presence of a dozen microbreweries, offering a variety of unique and innovative flavours. As for other beverages, you'll find a wide range of spirits, meads, kombuchas and specialty coffees. There’s also plenty to munch on: homemade chips, jerky, pastries and much more. And let's not forget the four food trucks and a handful of restaurateurs offering burgers, poutines and vegan options. A feast for the taste buds!

Activities to suit all tastes and every age

This festival isn't just about your sense of taste! It also promises entertainment for kids and adults alike. A series of live music shows will be rotating throughout the weekend: rock on Friday with Show U, line dancing and new country on Saturday with Emmanuelle Boucher, and covers of the greatest hits on Sunday with Sandy Grenier & The Purple Groove. During the day, you can take advantage of the Fun Zone, where you’ll find board games and giant games, the Family Zone, with fun ideas for very little kids, and a Relaxation Zone, for a break between tastings.

Refreshing new features

For this third edition, the Bouffe, Bière & Boisson Festival is innovating with several new events to make the experience even more memorable. Visitors can test their skills at animated cornhole and giant beerpong games (with prizes to win), or relax at an outdoor yoga session. Like to dance? You'll also get to learn line dancing steps! All of that in a festive atmosphere of discovery, fun and friendliness!
